Jack & Co. Creative is a family-operated creative studio offering artwork, printed products, handmade items, and limited custom merchandise. Orders are processed either in-house or through trusted fulfillment partners such as Printify.
2. Product Availability & Descriptions
We do our best to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, product availability may change without notice.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and print variations.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards and third-party processors integrated through our platform (e.g., Stripe or Squarespace Checkout). Your payment information is not stored on our servers.
4. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment
Some items in our shop are fulfilled via Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service. These items are made to order and shipped directly from the printer.
Because of this, processing times and shipping rates may vary depending on the product and your location.
5. Handmade Products
Handmade items sold through our shop are packaged and shipped by Jack & Co. Creative. We take great care in ensuring the quality and uniqueness of each handmade product.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products (especially print-on-demand items), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including artwork, photography, logo, designs, and written descriptions—are the property of Jack & Co. Creative and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without express written permission.
